Thank you for choosing The Organized Note. Because I offer service-based work that requires significant time, preparation, and expertise, please read this policy carefully before booking.
Deposits
All projects require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee, due at signing. This deposit secures your spot and covers discovery, onboarding, and initial project work. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.
Payment Plans
If you have arranged a payment plan, your first payment functions as the non-refundable deposit. Subsequent payments are due on their scheduled dates regardless of project status.
Refunds After Work Has Begun
If you choose to discontinue services after work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued for work not yet completed, minus the non-refundable deposit. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the last session or deliverable.
Completed Projects
No refunds will be issued once a project has been completed and delivered in full.
Case-by-Case Discretion
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of The Organized Note. I am committed to fair and ethical business practices and will always work with you to find a reasonable resolution.
