AI can draft you an outline in an hour. Tools can generate slides, scripts, even quizzes in a weekend. What none of that can tell you is whether it actually lands. Whether a real student stays with it past week one. Whether the thing you built matches the thing you actually meant to say.

Here's the thing: you don't need someone to build you a course. You need someone who can tell you if it's actually good, and fix it if it's not (like me!).

With 20+ years teaching, I read a course the way a teacher reads a room: where attention drops, where a concept needed a bridge and didn't get one, where a quiz tests something you never actually taught. I bring that eye, whether that means auditing what you (or an AI) already built, or building it with you from scratch, so you end up with a course your students actually finish, not just one that looks finished.

With 20+ years in the classroom, I help people who have something meaningful to share get their message out into the world and create the impact they want.

Whether that's helping others live more fully, learn something new, or create something beautiful.

I'm a music teacher and pianist at heart, which means I think in patterns, structure, and harmony. But I also love a good puzzle: LEGO, jigsaw, a quilt, or figuring out why the tech isn't cooperating. Putting the pieces together until something clicks is just how my brain works. Lucky for you!

Teaching and curiosity have taken me across the world - from classrooms in Asia and Europe to the Americas - and that perspective shapes how I see learning, people, and what it means to truly connect with an audience.

My happy place is with my family (husband and two kiddos entering the teen years!) somewhere in the mountains with coffee, a good book, and zero notifications. But a close second is helping someone take what's inside them and turn it into something that genuinely changes people.

That's why I do this work.

I have a confession to make.

I am addicted to free courses. (I know. I know.) Part of it is genuine curiosity - I love learning. But honestly? A big part of it is professional. How someone shows up in their free content tells you a lot about how they teach. A free course isn't just a lead magnet. It's a preview. It's a promise.

So there I was, a few weeks ago, taking a free course on marketing without social media. After the introduction, the instructor did something I wasn't expecting. She included a page - just one page - dedicated to the terms and phrases she would be using throughout the course.

I stopped scrolling and just sat with it for a moment.

I was helping a client design a workbook. She had sent me a previous one she had done so I had a sense of her style, which looked polished and clean. I was sending her my first drafts to make sure I was headed in the right direction for her vision.

At some point I explained that I had intentionally kept the writing spaces white rather than shaded, and why. Shaded looks great, but if someone prints it, writing over ink is annoying. And not everyone prints anymore. If you are working on an iPad or laptop you want to be able to type directly into the space without having to add text boxes over a finished design.

I almost left that explanation out. It felt like a small thing, maybe even overly fussy. But that kind of attention to detail is actually what makes me good at what I do. So I said it.

Let me tell you about the summer I got played.

I don't mean that harshly. Looking back, I can actually appreciate the craft of what happened. But in the moment? I was frustrated, out of money I didn't have to waste, and seriously questioning whether online courses were worth trusting at all.

After spending a school year at a new school that made me realize I was done with the classroom - not with teaching, but with the classroom - I started looking for what came next.
